He stabbed a Kiev resident because of loud music: in the capital, a conflict between men ended in a murder

In Kyiv, on May 9, a feast in one of the apartments ended in a murder. The tragedy occurred in an apartment on Nikolai Vasilenko Street - a man stabbed his friend with a knife.

Police said they arrived at the scene and found the body of a man with stab wounds to the chest. The police found out that the owner of the apartment, along with his acquaintances, drank alcoholic beverages at home.

During the feast, one of the guests had a conflict with the victim because of the volume of the music, as a result of which the intruder stabbed the owner of the house several times in the chest. From the received bodily injuries, the Kiev resident died on the spot.

The attacker was arrested. It turned out to be a resident of the Kyiv region, born in 1971, who had not been brought to criminal responsibility before.

The man was informed of suspicion of committing a crime under Part 1 of Art. 115 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine - premeditated murder.

The court chose him a measure of restraint in the form of detention. The sanction of the article provides for up to fifteen years in prison.

Recall that in March, a Kyiv court sentenced a local resident who killed a man for remarks.
