The last few weeks have been very successful for Magdalena French, who, like Magda Lynette and Iga Swiatek, has joined WTA Rome. She won the first two games and generally looked like she was about to dominate the player from Italy. Although French then led 4:3, then she did not win any part of the first set and lost it 4:6.

The match between the Pole and the Italian was also paralyzed by rain. In this part of the match, she did not give her opponent many balls, although she was under a lot of pressure, which manifested itself in various mistakes in relatively simple situations. Fatigue too. In the end, however, the French won 7:5, and in the whole meeting 2:1. In the last action, she broke Paolini’s resistance when the Italian sent the ball into the car.
