Volkswagen ID.7, the flagship model of the family of electric vehicles built on the MEB platform, will appear in showrooms later this year. Before that happens, you can see this car in the showroom of a boutique in Warsaw - Volkswagen Home. The ID.7 is one of ten new electric models that the Wolfsburg-based brand will launch by 2026.
After the presentation of the upgraded Volkswagen ID.3 ahead of its market premiere at the Poznań Motor Show, it’s time for another debut in Poland of this year’s novelty in Volkswagen’s offer. This time, Polish buyers will be able to see the flagship model of the ID family up close. – Limousine ID.7. This is another one of the electric vehicles that the Wolfsburg-based brand will bring to the market by 2026. The car is distinguished by its dimensions - its length is almost 5 m. The equipment of the new model includes such elements as intelligent air conditioning, heated and ventilated seats with a massage function and a panoramic sunroof with adjustable glass transparency.
Long range was a priority
The power plant of the new model of the ID family. there will be a 286 hp engine. There will be two battery capacities to choose from: the ID.7 Pro will have 77 kWh, while the ID.7 Pro S (which will be launched a little later) will be equipped with Volkswagen’s latest 86 kWh battery. The charging power of the 77 kW version will reach 170 kW, and in the case of the 86 kWh version, 200 kW. The new thermal management system prepares the battery for charging in advance. This process starts automatically on the way to each charging station when route guidance is active. It is estimated that between charges in the case of ID.7 Pro you can drive about 615 kilometers, and in the case of ID. Pro S - 700 km (according to WLTP). The luggage compartment of the Volkswagen ID.7 has a capacity of 500 liters.
Lots of standard
Standard equipment on the ID.7 model includes, among other things: a 15-inch infotainment screen, an augmented reality head-up display, a new concept of air conditioning control with an easily accessible panel and buttons that can be assigned to favorite functions, as well as illuminated, touch-sensitive sliders.
The car can be seen from June 3 at Volkswagen Home. The Volkswagen boutique is located in the Wola district of Warsaw, at ul. Karolkova 30.
