Russia lost 690 soldiers, 18 armored cars and 8 artillery systems in Ukraine in 24 hours - General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine

Four hundred and forty-first days of large-scale armed aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine began.

As before, the enemy is concentrating the main efforts on the Limansky, Bakhmutsky, Avdeevsky and Maryinsky directions - he made 46 attacks. The fiercest fighting continues in the cities of Bakhmut and Marinka, the General Staff reported.

Over the past day, the enemy launched 23 missile and 43 air strikes, carried out 97 attacks from multiple launch rocket systems. For missile strikes, the enemy used rockets of various types, most of them were destroyed by our defenders. But five S-300 missiles hit the cities of Kupyansk, Slavyansk, Kramatorsk and Konstantinovka.

The likelihood of further missile and air strikes throughout Ukraine remains high.

In order to deter the attacks of the Russians, the aircraft of the Defense Forces over the past day delivered 8 strikes on the areas of concentration of enemy personnel and military equipment, as well as 2 strikes on anti-aircraft missile systems.
Our defenders shot down 6 enemy UAVs of different types, 3 of them were of the Shahed type.

Missile troops and artillery units hit the command post, 4 manpower concentration areas, 2 artillery units in a firing position and an enemy electronic warfare station.

In general, over the past day the enemy has lost:

- personnel - 196 310 (+690) people,

- tanks - 3736 (+2) units,

- armored fighting vehicles - 7275 (+18) units,

- artillery systems - 3039 (+8) units,

- MLRS - 555 (+1) units,

- air defense systems - 308 (+1) units,

- UAV operational-tactical level - 2624 (+6),

- cruise missiles - 970 (+15),

- automotive equipment and tankers - 5974 (+5) units,

- special equipment - 389 (+1).

According to military experts, now Russia has involved about 500,000 of its military personnel and mercenaries in the war with Ukraine. It is not yet known when it will begin, because, according to NSDC Secretary Alexei Danilov, the final counteroffensive plan has not yet been approved.
