The new Hyundai Ioniq 6, the second model of the Ioniq electric sub-brand, will debut in Polish showrooms. Buyers can order it with a drive on one (2WD) or two (4WD) axles. Both combined with a 77 kW battery.
The Hyundai Ioniq 6 uses Hyundai Motor’s Global Modular Platform (E-GMP) for Electric Vehicles (BEV) with a 2950mm wheelbase. The motor power depends on the drive type. The base 2WD variant has a 229 hp unit, the 4WD version has an additional 96 hp. Top variant with 325 hp has a high torque of 605 Nm. This version can accelerate from 0 km/h to 100 km/h in 5.1 seconds, both powered versions of the Ioniq 6 have a top speed of 185 km/h.
Instant Charging
Using a 350 kW fast charger, a 77 kW battery can be charged from 10 to 80 percent of its capacity in 18 minutes. Five minutes of charging allows you to charge the battery for a distance of more than 100 km. The Bluelink smartphone app allows you to view your vehicle’s range, battery status and charging time when connected to public or private charging points.
Range up to 614 km
A more powerful version of the Ioniq 6 (325 hp) will travel up to 583 km (according to WLTP) on a single charge. Weaker (229 hp) with all-wheel drive, a little more - up to 614 km on the WLTP cycle. With the V2L feature, users can use or charge any electrical devices such as e-bikes, scooters or camping gear, whether on the move or stationary, through the Ioniq 6.
Price not negotiable
Hyundai Ioniq 6 can be ordered in Polish car dealerships at a price of PLN 284,900. This is what we will pay for the base variant of 77kWh 2WD 229km. All-wheel drive version with 325 hp. already costs at least PLN 304,900.
Only one equipment option
The Ioniq 6 can only be ordered in Poland in one Uniq configuration. The new Hyundai Ioniq 6, like all models of the brand, is covered by a 5-year mechanical warranty with no mileage limit, and the 77 kW lithium-polymer battery is covered by an 8-year warranty period with a mileage limit of up to 160,000 km.
