The best option is to plan in advance what and at what time you will use. I must say right away: the temptation to eat a supply of chips or crackers along with various sweets and cookies must be overcome courageously and decisively! Such a harmful snack will increase blood sugar levels for a short time, and then you will catch up with the feeling of hunger.she writes.

Borzhemskaya advises during a long journey in a train / bus / car, instead of such a snack, it is better to take more fruits with you (but do not remove the crust so that they do not let the juice in), vegetables, cereals, nuts, natural cereal bars.

“It’s all good for a snack. For convenience, purchase a container for food. Also, plan your main meals. Take low-fat yogurt (provided that you eat it in the first hours of the trip, as it can go bad). You can also boil eggs and chicken fillet for the road. These will be great ingredients for a sandwich with whole grain bread or pita bread. You can add herbs and cheese. Wrap the sandwich in foil for safe storage. Another option for eating on the go is steamed instant oatmeal. All you need is hot boiling water to fill it. Do not forget about the daily water balance. Stock up on water bottles. Carbonated drinks are not an alternative- considers a fitness trainer.

⁃ have a sorbent with you in case of poisoning or indigestion of food;
⁃ do not eat unwashed vegetables and fruits;
⁃ read in detail the reviews of visitors to the institution where you are going. Choose restaurants and shops where you can buy healthy food;
⁃ balance in nutrition. Don’t punish yourself for diet changes. However, if there is an irresistible desire to eat less healthy meals, do it in the morning;
⁃ control portions. After all, often on vacation you want to eat everything at once.
