Ukraine has a curfew during martial law. New Year’s Eve will not be an exception, including in Kyiv. This was recalled in the KSCA.
“It is necessary to strictly observe the curfew, which lasts from 23:00 to 05:00. Currently, it is forbidden to be on the street and other public places, — noted in the city authorities.
The work of public transport will not continue: the metro - until 22:00, surface public transport - until 22:30.
The mayor’s office asks the people of Kiev to plan in advance the time of their return home.
Traveling around the city during the curfew is possible only by car with a special pass.
Earlier, the mayor of Kyiv, Vitali Klitschko, said that there would be no festivities in the capital during the Christmas and New Year holidays.
Recall that the authorities have repeatedly warned Ukrainians that Russia could launch rocket attacks on Ukraine during the holidays.
