Realme has just started selling the C55 in Poland. A smartphone with suitable parameters of the camera, memory or charging speed can be purchased at a fairly attractive price. What can the phone do and what does the launch promotion look like? Look at yourself.
The Realme C55 premiered today in several countries around the world and Poland is also on the list. According to company representatives, we are one of the key countries for the brand, so the company tried to enter the store shelves with a cheat.
Realme C55 - phone focuses on camera, memory and battery
But let’s start from the very beginning. Realme C55 attaches great importance to the main camera. The manufacturer provided users with a 64MP lens using a good OV64B sensor. It used to be used in the flagship Realme GT Master Edition.
The main lens is complemented by a 2MP ear for black and white shots, while on the front we have an 8MP selfie camera. The creators also praise the ProLight mode, which allows you to capture more light even in poor photographic conditions.
The heart of the Realme C55 smartphone is the MediaTek Helio G88 processor, which is supported by 8 GB of RAM. There’s also the option to double the RAM by adding a second 8GB of virtual memory. The data space is 256 GB, expandable with a memory card.
The screen of the latest member of the C series has a size of 6.72 inches (FHD + resolution) and a maximum refresh rate of 90 Hz. As for the battery, we will be charging a 5000 mAh cell with up to 33 W, using SUPERVOOC technology. This means that in 29 minutes we will charge the phone by half, and we will wait a little more than an hour for a 100 percent battery charge.
In terms of software, it’s Android 13 with Realme UI 4.0 overlay. Here, the company is focusing on a novelty in the form of Mini Capsule - a specific form of extended notifications around the cutout for the front camera. Comparisons are inevitable: this feature is heavily inspired by the Dynamic Island solution in the iPhone 14 Pro.
Realme C55 - Polish price and promotion to start
The Realme C55 smartphone will be available in all major retail chains and electronics markets, as well as in the offer of leading mobile operators. Sales start March 22, 2023.
Realme C55 (8GB RAM / 256GB ROM) is included in the promotion during the premiere. The price of the device from March 22 to April 4 will be PLN 999. After this time, the cost of the phone will increase to its regular price of PLN 1099.
