A big club wants Sebastian Szymanski. The player can leave Fenerbahce in winter

Must read

Sebastian Szymanski’s superb performance for Fenerbahce did not go unnoticed. According to Turkish and Italian media, the midfielder is being targeted by a big club. In their opinion, the Pole can leave in winter.

Sebastian Szymanski has entered the Fenerbahçe starting lineup by storm. The midfielder moved to Turkey in the summer from Dynamo Moscow for around €10 million and has already attracted the attention of leading European clubs including Fiorentina, Liverpool and Napoli with his excellent performances. The ex-player played 15 matches, including: Legia Warsaw scored eight goals and made four assists.

Sebastian Szymanski can become national champion

Some time ago, Turkish media reported that the agent of the Polish representative, Mariusz Piekarski, was urgently summoned to Istanbul. The meeting with club representatives was supposed to concern Sebastian Szymanski. “Fenerbahce management invited the player’s manager to Istanbul to prevent potential offers for the Polish player from entering their minds,” we read. According to journalists, at this meeting the parties were supposed to talk about extending the contract.

According to the latest reports from Turkish website Sporx and Italian Calcionews24, Napoli have their sights set on Turkey, where the Italian champions are looking for reinforcements. It is assumed that one of them will be Sebastian Szymanski. Journalists from Italy believe that the Pole could join the club as early as January. The second player Vesuvius is interested in is Fisayo Dele-Bashiru, a midfielder born in 2001 who has made 11 appearances for Hatayspor this season, scoring four goals and providing three assists.

Turkish media emphasize that there is no release clause in the Pole’s contract, so Fenerbahçe will be able to negotiate the price of their ace. This means Napoli will have to make an offer they can’t refuse. His stellar performances have already increased his market value to €18 million, but the offer is unlikely to convince the Yellow Canary authorities.
