Although the indexation of pensions and pensions took place three months ago, preparations are underway for the next one. Everything seems to indicate that the percentage indexation will be lower than this year, but the government is thinking about increasing the quota indexation. Here they prepare a kind of 300 plus.
Due to high inflation, the indexation of pensions and disability pensions this year was a record 14.8 percent, and for persons receiving benefits from the minimum pension up to PLN 1,600 gross, an increase of PLN 250 gross was provided.
300 plus for pensioners?
According to “Fact”, next year the sum-percentage indexation will also be carried out. Everything indicates that the percentage increase will be less than this year, because inflation will also be lower. According to government forecasts, the percentage indexation will be 12%. In this case, there is a chance of a view of more than 300.
– We think that the increase in the quota will be PLN 250, like this year, and maybe even PLN 300 – says one of Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki’s associates in an interview with Fakt.
In this situation, the minimum pension, which currently stands at PLN 1,588.44 gross, will increase to PLN 1,888.44 gross. It is important to note that benefits such as thirteenth and fourteenth pensions will also increase to this level.
Fourteenth permanent pension
Let’s remind, on May, 26th the Diet has accepted the law on introduction of the fourteenth pension on a constant basis (so far it was one-time payment). The law assumes that eligible persons are entitled to another additional annual cash benefit in the amount of:

The payment of the fourteenth pension should take place this year at the turn of August and September. In subsequent years, payment dates should be adapted to the situation in the public finance sector.
