On Thursday, March 30, 2023, changes will be made to the traffic organization at the Brzeczkowice junction in Myslowice, concerning the exit from the A4 motorway to the S1 expressway.
Due to the repair of the viaduct at the Brzeczkowice junction (349 km), the exit from the A4 motorway to the S1 motorway will be closed to drivers traveling from Krakow towards Łódź. The detour will take the motorway in the direction of Katowice to the Murckowska junction, and then on the roads DK86 and S86 in the direction of Sosnowiec/Siewierz.
Work until mid-May
According to the concessionaire (SAM SA), the repair work at the Brzeczkowice junction is accompanied by the following changes and markings of the new traffic organization:

on the roadway towards Krakow, under the viaduct, two narrowed traffic lanes with a speed limit of 60 km/h. At the Łódź-Kraków exit (switching on traffic from the S1 road to the A4 road) there is a stop sign,

on the roadway towards Katowice, under the viaduct, two narrow lanes with a speed limit of 60 km/h. At the exit of the Cieszyn-Katowice interchange (switching on traffic from the S1 road to the A4 road), there is a stop sign,

on the S1 road, on the carriageway towards Łódź, in the area of the viaduct over the A4, two narrow lanes with a speed limit of 60 km/h.
The exit from the A4 motorway to S1 will be closed until mid-May 2023.
