Corn and Iceberg Lettuce Salad (2 servings)
Iceberg lettuce – 0.5 pcs.
Cherry tomatoes – 8 pcs.
Sweet corn – 0.5 jars
Avocado – 1 pc.
Salt, pepper (to taste)
Lemon juice, olive oil (to taste)
Slice iceberg and tomatoes. Peel and cut the avocado. Add corn. Salt and pepper to your taste. Sprinkle with lemon juice and season with olive oil. Mix all ingredients and serve.
