The Central Clinical Hospital in Druzhkovka and the military of the Donetsk region received humanitarian aid from the Vadym Stolar Charitable Foundation and the Restoration of Ukraine deputy group. This is stated in the “News LIVE” story.
The authors said that the local hospital suffered from an enemy attack. But despite this, they continue to provide medical care.
“We decided to come here on a mission to help this hospital function together with our parliamentary colleagues. They brought everything they needed. We have worked out what is needed for a hospital because there is a lot of wear and tear and supplies. They also brought mattresses, bedding, pillows, wardrobes, medicines,” told People’s Deputy of Ukraine, volunteer of the Vadym Stolar Foundation Natalia Prikhodko.
The hospital staff says that in such difficult times, any help is important.
“At such a difficult time, a time of war, any help is valuable, especially this one. We wrote a letter, and everything we needed was provided to us. We are working, we have not stopped for a day, after the bombings and everything,” - told Deputy Chief Physician Svetlana Chubenko.
As noted in the story, as part of this trip, volunteers and deputies brought help to the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Vadim Stolar emphasized the importance of supporting defenders.
“We understand that the fate of the country and our Victory depend, without exaggeration, on the provision of the military. Together with colleagues and volunteers, they handed over cars to the military in the hot spots of Donbass. In addition, they provided a list of equipment: starlinks, laptops, tablets, tactical glasses, pea coats, uniforms, tactical shirts, thermal underwear, shoes, balaclavas, etc. The Donetsk region is now hot, the intensity of the fighting is high, and our defenders must be staffed as best as possible. By helping the defenders, we help to bring the Victory of Ukraine closer. I thank the volunteers and deputies who joined the transfer of assistance,” Stolar wrote.
As reported at the end of the story, one of the people’s representatives from the “Restoration of Ukraine” is currently serving in the Donetsk region.
