On December 9, unknown people broke into the territory of the Brovarsky Plastics Plant. And shortly before that, the shareholders and management of the enterprise announced raiding by Star Investment VAN LLC, allegedly subordinate to the pro-Russian oligarch and relative of the ex-president of the Russian Federation Medvedev, Viktor Polishchuk. This was reported by Ukrainian News with reference to StopKor.
“The management and shareholders have already announced a raider takeover of the Brovarsky Plastics Plant, and it seems that they are just trying to take over the enterprise at this moment,” quotes the media journalist Natalia Digtyar from the scene.
According to her, unknown people entered the territory of the plant, as well as law enforcement officers who were watching what was happening on the spot.
Representatives of Star Investment VAN LLC showed an extract from the register, which allegedly gives them ownership of the plant’s property. At the same time, the company said that the re-registration was carried out illegally.
“One of the men who entered the territory of the plant introduced himself as Sergei Kolesnik and stated that he had concluded an agreement with the police to protect the facility,” the message says.
According to the chairman of the board of the plant, Valery Rud, on November 21, 2022, Star Investment VAN allegedly illegally “transferred” the property of the Brovarsky Plastics Plant to itself under a mortgage agreement.
The editors of “StopKor” addressed with information requests to the representatives of “Star Investment VAN” LLC and Gulliver. However, no response has yet been received.
The company is under investigation. Journalists are not allowed into the territory.
