The leaders of our team Kamil Stoch, David Kubatsky and Piotr Zhyla entered the main competition. The latter, however, proved to be lower than expected. Some hope for Byalo-Chervona may be the fact that the Norwegian took only 12th position in qualifying.

In an interview with Sports Review, Turnbichler acknowledged that Kubacki had recently made changes to his jumps. Specifically, it was about what position he takes before the jump. Jumper immediately followed his superior’s advice, which turned out to be accurate.

Meanwhile, he finished second in qualifying on Tuesday. According to the breeder, this was the 36-year-old’s best jump in TCS. “He looked natural, had energy and good technique, like Stoch in his best years,” he said.
