After the opening of criminal proceedings on the death of people near a closed bomb shelter in the capital’s clinic during a missile strike, three officials of the district state administration and a security guard of a medical institution were detained in Kyiv
According to the Office of the Prosecutor General, we are talking about the first deputy chairman of the Desnyanskaya district state administration, the director of the medical institution and his deputy, as well as a security guard.
A notice of suspicion is being prepared for three detained officials on the fact of official negligence, which entailed grave consequences (part 2 of article 367 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine), and for a security guard on the fact of being left in danger, resulting in death (part 3 of article 135 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
Earlier, as part of the investigation, prosecutors, together with the police, conducted searches in two departments of the Kyiv City State Administration, the premises of the Desnyanskaya Regional State Administration and a medical facility.
Recall that on the night of June 1, due to the fall of debris in Kyiv, three people died, including a 9-year-old girl.
