The date of death is imminent for our 828 passengers as the countdown to ManifestoThe final episodes continue their descent. The NBC-turned-Netflix series is coming to an end this June. After a tumultuous three and a half seasons, Ben Stone (Josh Dallas) and his family are threatened with the end of all threats: the end of the world. While viewers will still have to wait to see what Season 2 Part 4 has in store, the newly revealed episode titles provide another hint of what to expect.

As with past episodes, some titles in Season 4 Part 2 use terminology often associated with either aircraft when they are actively in flight or terms that would normally refer to aircraft and flight. While the titles don’t reveal too much, there are still a few clues we can take from them.

From what we know about the series so far, the most telling titles are The Last Descent, Ghost Plane, Fata Morgana, and The Last Boarding. The first and last titles seem to tease a full circle moment of sorts: “The Last Descent” likely alludes to the characters heading into a central predicament, while “Last Landing” teases a sinister, final attempt to save the world. What’s more, The Last Boarding feels a bit like a climb of sorts, as the characters essentially “fly away” for the last time.

“Ghost Plane” and “Fata Morgana” are on the same frequency. The latter is a kind of mirage created by atmospheric refraction. Think floating ships and buildings that don’t really exist. One of the events they could refer to, especially the Ghost Plane, is the mysterious disappearance - and reappearance … and disappearance - of Captain Daly (Frank Deal) aircraft, an event, parts of which are still missing. Also, a mirage can be a type of Invocation or message from what we now know as Divine Consciousness.

Manifesto Season 4 Part 2 Will Give Viewers a Closing

Despite the apocalyptic stakes at hand, Manifesto will not end without solid answers. When the collider Maggie Lovitt spoke with Dallas about the show, he shared that viewers will get a closure in part two. He said: “Everything will be tied up and all your questions will be answered, including the biggest question of all. What happened to those passengers on Flight 828?” The final episodes will also “focus on the characters and their journey through this madness that happened to them” until the very end.
