Great story behind killer bean forever which makes it even easier to enjoy and appreciate. It was made for less than $1 million and was worked on by one person for several years: Jeff Liu. He took almost every role that could be played when making an animated film.
Set in the fictional Beantown, the story follows the bean killer as he takes on a whole bunch of bean gangsters while the bean detective is on his trail. It’s a bizarre, goofy and oddly addictive film that has built a worthy cult fandom in the years since its release thanks to its amazingly funny and colorful action scenes.
9 How to Train Your Dragon 2 (2014)

While the first How to Train Your Dragon looks like a fantasy/adventure movie, How to Train Your Dragon 2 ups the ante and feels a little more active. The first part of the series is about a little boy who befriends a surprisingly friendly dragon, and in the sequel, all the characters grow old and see them come into conflict with life and death stakes.
It’s extremely well animated and exciting, and more emotional than the first movie (still compelling). It’s an example of how good it is to make a more action-oriented sequel, and successfully builds on what was already established in the first movie back in 2010.

The action is slightly more intense than what is usually found in animated family-friendly films containing action, and the film’s plot and themes are unlikely to appeal to younger viewers in any case. However, for old fans of animation/action Ruben Brandt, collector easy to recommend and it’s a gripping heist thriller that just happens to be animated.
6 “Red Line” (2009)

Red line was a movie that took many years to make before it was finally released and it shows. It is meticulously crafted using hand-drawn animation and tells a compelling sci-fi tale of a high-stakes racing tournament that takes place on an interplanetary scale far into the future.
It’s consistently high octane and seems to be relentlessly evolving, and the racing sequences themselves are mesmerizing. It’s an example of what an animated format can do when there’s a dedicated team behind the project to give viewers something they’ve never seen before. Indeed, 14 years after Red linenothing like it exists.
5 Batman: Mask of the Phantasm (1993)

While Batman/Bruce Wayne is most often identified with live action, he has also flourished in the animated format. And of all the animated TV shows and movies that have featured the character, few can claim to be as famous and iconic as the 1993 series. Batman: Mask of the Phantasm.
This is a movie that goes deeper into the Bruce Wayne side than the Batman side, perhaps focusing more on the crime/detective side of the story thanks to the plot of Wayne trying to uncover the identity of a mysterious vigilante who is killing various criminals in Gotham City. However, it manages to deliver solid animation action when needed, proving to be the best of both worlds when it comes to showcasing both sides of a complex and endlessly entertaining protagonist.
4 The Incredibles (2004)

Bye Incredible Ultimately, a family movie about a family of superheroes in hiding, it’s far from just a kid’s movie. The film has stood the test of time because it explores the idea of aging and dealing with middle age while being a fun and easy-to-watch action movie.
With an entire family filled with characters with unique superpowers, it’s inevitable that a movie like Incredible will have an exciting final act when it comes to action and it delivers. The long-awaited 2018 sequel may have been worth watching, but it can’t compare to the 2004 original. Incrediblewhich has stood the test of time as one of the best films Pixar has ever made.

Akira It is primarily a sci-fi dystopian film set in the futuristic city of Neo-Tokyo. It’s a movie about a biker gang that unexpectedly runs into scientists working on a top-secret military project. One member of the gang mutates as a result of an experiment that turns him into a huge creature with psychic abilities, which may well become the cause of the death of mankind.
Despite being primarily a dystopian sci-fi film, Akira also contains some amazing looking animated sequences. It is constantly breathtaking, and when it delivers explosive action and thrilling chase sequences, it is undeniably effective even now, 35 years after its original release.
2 “Puss in Boots: The Last Wish” (2022)

Many great animated films were released in 2022, including Puss in Boots: The Last Wish being one of the best of them all. Surprising considering that the main character was introduced as a minor character in shrek row. Although he had a solo film in 2011, it was decently received at best and ended up being somewhat forgotten over a decade later.
It’s all guaranteed Puss in Boots: The Last Wish was a welcome surprise considering it’s often a funny but sometimes tense and touching animated film that tackles heavy themes, including death and mortality, in an exclusively familial manner. It also stands out due to its unique style of animation, and the action sequences in the film are especially distinctive and prove to be very exciting and interesting to watch.

Not surprisingly, in 2018 Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse became the highest rated animated action film on Letterboxd. Upon release, it breathed life into the Spider-Man film series, turning into a fast-paced, funny, emotional, and action-packed animated film that is likely to entertain younger viewers and also (probably) resonate even more with older viewers. .
The protagonist has always been one of the most likeable and likeable characters in the history of comics. In spider verse seems fresh by focusing on Miles Morales instead of Peter Parker and also using his multiverse concept to have multiple Spider-Men appear in the same movie. Few animated films look as vibrant and visually impressive as this one, making it not just a classic animated superhero/action film, but also an iconic superhero/action film.
