Freaky Friday. Unable to initially switch back, they develop a new sense of affection and compassion for each other.
Curtis is simply incredible as Dr. Tess Coleman. Her wit and wit are top notch. Watching Curtis cuddling while playing a teenager is just sweet. Curtis also shines in her emotional scenes, portraying the intricacies of the mother-daughter relationship with depth and care.
7 ‘Mom’s Boys’ (1993)
After leaving his family, Jude (Curtis) suddenly returns in the film. Boys Mothers. Things don’t go well upon her return, and she ends up painting her 12-year-old son, Kes (Luke Edwards), into a deadly plot.
Curtis delivers a powerful and intense performance in the film. She brings a raw and domineering energy to the role, creating a fearless and unabashed portrayal of the character battling her own demons. Curtis evokes an incredible sense of sympathy for a character who could easily become a villain.
6 “True Lies” (1994)

Movie Fog tells the story of a California coastal town as it prepares to celebrate its centenary. The city’s dark secret is revealed as inanimate objects come to life. Then a mysterious iridescent fog descends on the city, and people begin to die.
Fog — a memorable and impressive performance by Curtis. She lends a strong and confident presence to the character of Elizabeth Solly, delivering a captivating and compelling performance. Curtis keeps up with the seasoned actors on screen, despite the fact that she was new to the film industry at the time of filming.
4 “Forever Young” (1992)
Test pilot Daniel McCormickMel Gibson) undergoes suspended animation in a military experiment in the film Forever Young. After a series of misfortunes, McCormick emerges from his condition only after 53 years and must learn to live in this new world.
Curtis’ emotionally charged performance as Helen is impressive. She brings a down-to-earth and sympathetic vibe to the role, delivering a performance that is both heartbreaking and inspiring. Her ability to convey deep love and devotion, as well as fear and despair, is amazing.
3 “Knives Out” (2019)

Curtis brings a sarcastic and caustic wit to the role of Linda Drysdale, resulting in a smart and exciting performance. Despite playing a relatively minor role in the film, Curtis makes a significant impact, bringing a sense of flippancy to the film with her iconic smile following every cheeky one-liner.

As everyone tries to find the diamonds, things get worse.
Curtis is hilarious and unforgettable as Wanda Gershwitz (not to be confused with a real fish). She brings a sharp and witty energy to the role, using her feminine wiles to try and get what she wants. Her ability to get the audience rooting for a heartless manipulator who just wants money is one of the reasons Curtis is appreciated as an actress.
