First red tape trailer The Evil Dead Rise teases the blood-soaked return of one of the most influential horror franchises. Producer Lee Cronin (hole in the ground), the new film takes Evil Dead in a new direction, exploring the invasion of the dead in a big city, and not in a cabin in the forest.

The new trailer offers a chilling, horror-filled look at The Evil Dead Risewhich follows Beth (Lily Sullivan), a young woman who visits her older sister Ellie (Alyssa Sutherland), in his apartment in Los Angeles. Ellie is raising three children alone, which is quite a challenge, even if the forces of evil do not interfere in her life. Unfortunately, the sisters find the Necronomicon in Ellie’s house and inadvertently unleash possessed demons that distort everyone in an attempt to create hell on earth. So, Beth must find a way to defeat the dead, who also seem to have possessed her sister.

Now let’s get real for a minute. While it’s great to have strong characters that can raise the stakes The Evil Dead Risea sequel wouldn’t be worth it Sam Raimiheritage, if every frame of the film did not flood us with blood and juices. Luckily, the new trailer shows just how much Cronin sticks to the source material, because we’ve got a never-ending parade of monsters, dismemberment, improvised weapons, and gallons of blood spilled across the screen. The dead are back in style, and the new survivor, Beth, seems ready to take the arrow for herself.
