Soft cheese of well-known brands is not a cheap pleasure. A small jar of such cheese (which, for example, is used to make airy cheese soufflé from Olga Martynovskaya) is quite expensive. But it turns out that you can cook it at home. And it’s not at all difficult.

Soft yogurt and sour cream cheese
400 g sour cream 21%
300 g full fat yogurt
1 teaspoon lemon juice
Salt - a pinch
Prepare a colander, bowl, gauze. Gauze should be rolled up in 4-5 layers.
Combine sour cream and yogurt in a bowl. Add lemon juice and salt. We stir well. Pour into gauze placed in a colander over the pelvis.
After the first glass liquid, we tie the gauze and place a wick on it. For example, a pack of butter. We put in a cool place during the day. After 24 hours the cheese is ready!
Use for sandwiches and desserts with berries and fruits. You can add them to borscht - very tasty.
