Black Cherry Cinnamon Sauce: Ideal for ice cream and cottage cheese.

  • Sweet cherry - 500 g

  • Sugar - half a glass

  • 2 lemons

  • cinnamon stick

  • Half glass of water

Peel the cherries, sprinkle with sugar and pour water. Bring to a boil and cook over low heat for 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Add freshly squeezed lemon juice and cinnamon. Boil for another five minutes, remembering to stir.

Serve chilled with meals.
