Sweet cherry - 500 g
Sugar - half a glass
2 lemons
cinnamon stick
Half glass of water
Peel the cherries, sprinkle with sugar and pour water. Bring to a boil and cook over low heat for 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Add freshly squeezed lemon juice and cinnamon. Boil for another five minutes, remembering to stir.
Serve chilled with meals.
