Ingredients:
warm milk - 500 g
flour - 230/240 g (no more)
egg – 1 pc.
yeast (dry) - 1 teaspoon
oil – 2 tbsp. spoons
salt - 0.5 teaspoon
sugar – 1 tbsp. spoon (or to taste)
vanilla sugar - 10 g
Preparation
Dissolve yeast in 100 ml of warm milk, add 1 tsp. sugar, leave for 10 minutes. activate. Add egg, sugar, salt, activated yeast, sifted flour to the rest of the warm milk, stir until smooth. Cover, put in a warm place. Every 20 min. Stir with a whisk (do this three times). After the third time, add 2 tbsp oil. l., stir, leave for 20 minutes. come up. Stir and fry. It is better to fry in a small frying pan. Grease the finished pancakes with butter.
