Part of Ukrainians exempted from registration of “autocitizen”: 5 categories named

In Ukraine, some citizens were exempted from registration of “autocitizen”. There are five categories that are eligible for benefits.

This is reported by the legal portal “Ukrainian Veteran Fund”.

According to Ukrainian legislation, the following categories of citizens are exempted from compulsory civil liability insurance:
- combatants (UBD);

- affected participants in the revolution of dignity;

- persons with disabilities as a result of the war;

- persons with disabilities of the first group, personally driving their own transport;

- citizens driving vehicles belonging to a person with a disability of the first group, in her presence.

Vehicles belonging to them are cars that privileged categories of persons own not only on the right of ownership, but also on other legal grounds. In particular, a contract or lease.

The right to a benefit gives a certificate of a participant in hostilities, as well as documents confirming the right to own or use a vehicle.
