Servant of the People MP Vladislav Trubitsyn, suspected of taking a bribe of 1.39 million hryvnias for placing retail outlets in Kyiv, was put on the wanted list in Yerevan for stealing valuable books from the National Library of Armenia. This was announced by the People’s Deputy Vladimir Ariev in his message on Facebook.

“I am a little shocked by who is today an active player in the power team. After I wrote about the criminal adventures of Vladislav Trubitsyn, a deputy of the Kyiv City Council from the Servant of the People, it turned out that the train of petty crimes has been trailing behind him for at least 19 years. Yes, now he is under investigation by the NABU for accepting a bribe of 1.39 million hryvnias for a “reshelovo” for placing small retail outlets in Kyiv, but earlier he had fewer opportunities. 10 years ago, a criminal case was opened against him and his accomplices in Yerevan for stealing valuable books from the National Library of Armenia, but he disappeared.”Aryev says.

According to the people’s deputy, these are not the only criminal cases where Trubitsyn is accused.

“It turns out that in 2004 Trubitsyn was under investigation and trial in Izyum, Kharkov region, for forging an energy monitoring inspector’s certificate. With this certificate, he was detained at the Izyum market. At that time, energy monitoring inspectors went to public and private markets and stupidly knocked down bribes from management in order not to notice the violations that were in each market. Probably, Trubitsyn came to “foreign” territory and was received with a fake. However, sorry for the tautology, judging by the court decision, Trubitsyn was able to resolve the issue and he was released without a sentence “for the first time”. He also draws attention to the fact that, despite all the criminal cases, Trubitsyn is still the head of the Kyiv City Council Commission on Entrepreneurship and Improvement, despite all attempts to remove him.
