Oleksiy Danilov, Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine, explained in detail what the Ukrainian authorities would do to liberate the Crimea temporarily occupied by the Russians.
A Facebook official identified 12 steps to de-occupy the peninsula.
The first step is to bring up for discussion the issues of placing the monument “The Russian warship goes to * uy” in the Crimea.
“In order to save public funds, the pedestal of the monument to the sunken ships in Sevastopol can be used (but more on this city below)”, he noted.
The second step is to work on a lustration mechanism for personal assessment, which will determine the degree of involvement of a particular person in support of the occupiers, which provides, in particular, for restricting the right to participate in elections (run for office and vote).
In addition, Ukrainian civil servants who started working for the enemy will face trial - they face criminal liability or deprivation of state pensions and the opportunity to work in government agencies (step 3).
“Russia or another formation that will claim succession ensures the unconditional and complete extradition of all persons suspected of high treason and other criminal offenses, both citizens of Ukraine and citizens of Russia, involved in war crimes (international crimes that do not have a statute of limitations - genocide, military and against humanity) committed on the territory of our state in general and in particular”- so Danilov formulated the 4th step.
Russian apostate propagandists are threatened with imprisonment, pensions, titles and property (step 5).
Russians who illegally came to live in Crimea after the occupation will be forced to leave the peninsula within the period specified by law (step 6).
The official stressed that the property appropriated by the occupiers will be returned to the legal owners (step 7).
The Crimean bridge must be destroyed.
“The transport crossing in the city of Kerch of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea is being dismantled in order to ensure complete freedom of navigation as part of the compensation program … A comprehensive program “Detoxification” is being implemented - neutralizing the consequences of the long-term effect of Russian propaganda on the public consciousness of a part of the population of the peninsula”- said the Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council (these are 8 and 9 steps).
A documentary base will also be created on the facts of the crimes of Russians against Ukrainians. Ukrainian and Crimean Tatar activists will be restored in their rights (10 steps).
Political prisoners of Russia will be immediately released, they will be paid damages for moral damage (11 step).
According to the official, the city of Sevastopol needs to be renamed.
“Given the place and role in the ideology of rashism, the system of negative myth formation and rewriting of history, the so-called “city of Russian glory” (the “glory” of which, in particular, consists in sinking its own fleet without entering into battle) is renamed into “ About No. 6″. The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine later decides on the new name of the city. Possibly Akhtiar”- so Danilov described the 12th step.
Now Russia is using its ships based in Sevastopol to launch missiles at Ukrainian cities. Western analysts believe that the activities of the Russian Black Sea Fleet will be limited after several attempts to attack it.
