Suspected of working for the enemy, the ex-president of Motor Sich JSC Vyacheslav Boguslayev was informed of a new suspicion of obstructing the legitimate activities of the Defense Forces in favor of the aggressor country.
According to the SBU, in April 2022, Boguslaev received an order from representatives of the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense for the transfer of a MI-2 helicopter to the department for a fee to perform combat missions at the front. However, a high-ranking official deliberately blocked the implementation of this state order.
To do this, Boguslaev ordered his subordinates to disassemble the helicopter into parts and hide the operational documentation for it. Fulfilling the order of the head, the workers of the plant removed the shovels and disabled the helicopter mechanisms responsible for the operation of the main rotor.
On this fact, the ex-president of Motor Sich JSC was additionally informed of the suspicion of obstructing the lawful activities of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and other military formations during a special period, committed by a group of persons by prior agreement.
Recall that Boguslaev was detained by the SBU in October 2022, together with the head of the department of foreign economic activity of the enterprise. In addition to the suspicion of treason, Boguslayev is also accused of complicity with the “DPR”.
