On Thursday, September 1, the curfew was extended in the Donetsk region. It starts at 21.00 and ends at 05.00.
This was announced by the head of the Donetsk police department Pavel Kirilenko.
From September 1, throughout the entire territory of the Donetsk region, the curfew will begin an hour earlier - at 21:00 and end later - at 5:00.
“From today, the curfew in the Donetsk region starts at 21:00 and ends at 05:00 the next day. Currently, it is forbidden to be on the street, and it is also necessary to observe a special blackout regime. Follow the established rules - this is a matter of your personal and public safety!” Kirilenko emphasized.
During the curfew, you can only move to the shelter and only during the air raid.
In cities, street lighting, signs and lanterns should be turned off.
Recall that more than 9.6 thousand people left the Donetsk region as part of the mandatory evacuation, including 1.7 thousand children.
Meanwhile, in the Donetsk region during the day on August 25, the invaders destroyed and damaged 23 civilian objects, including 19 houses of citizens.
Recall that Russian troops killed two civilians in the Donetsk region on August 25. Another 6 people were injured.
As you know, the government decided on the mandatory evacuation of the population from the Donbass due to active hostilities. Volodymyr Zelenskyy supported this decision and called on local residents to leave the region in order to save their lives.
