Asseco Resovia Rzeszów is the third team of the last PlusLiga season. As befits a top team, it’s getting stronger ahead of the Champions League clash. At the moment, players such as Karol Klos, Jasin Luati, Adrin Staszewski, Steven Boyer and Krzysztof Reynaud have joined the team. Tomasz Piotrowski, Bartlomiej Krulicki, Maciej Muzaj, Mauricio Borges and Jan Kozamernik said goodbye to the team.
Asseco Resovia confirms transfer of owner
Residents of Rzeszow still do not have a closed staff and are informed about the conclusion of a contract with another owner. Jonas Kwalen, well known to Polish fans, played for Indicpol AZS Olsztyn in the 2012/13 season. And last season, he returned to PlusLiga in the colors of the newly promoted Barkom Kazan Lviv. In two seasons played in the Polish league, he scored 258 points, including 14 directly from the serve and 28 from the block. However, he did not stay there for long because his good performances caught the attention of Resovia activists.
