Over the past day, the Russian enemy launched 51 air strikes on the territory of Ukraine, including using 44 Shahed-136 UAVs. All of them were shot down by units of the Ukrainian Defense Forces. There were also 55 attacks from the MLRS, including at the children’s hospital in the city of Kherson.
According to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the threat of enemy air and missile strikes on critical infrastructure remains throughout Ukraine, but the main efforts of the Russian army are still focusing on offensive operations in the Bakhmut direction. The enemy is also trying to improve the tactical position of his troops in the Kupyansky, Limansky and Avdeevsky directions.
However, over the past day, the Defense Forces repelled the attacks of infidels in the areas of the settlements of Stelmakhivka and Belogorovka in the Lugansk region and Razdolevka, Belogorivka, Soledar, Krasnaya Gora, Bakhmut, Klishchievka, Ozeryanovka, Poprosne and Krasnogorovka in the Donetsk region.
Also confirmed was the fire damage on December 31 of the areas of concentration of manpower and equipment of infidels in the temporarily occupied territory of the Zaporozhye region. There, in the areas of the settlements of Tarasovka, Basan, Pologi, Berdyansk, Tokmak, the losses of the enemy amounted to more than 175 wounded servicemen, 12 units of weapons and military equipment of various types and an enemy ammunition depot were destroyed. Information about liquidated kafirs is being specified.
Aviation of the Defense Forces inflicted 13 strikes on the areas where the invaders were concentrated. The rocket and artillery units, in turn, hit 5 areas of concentration of manpower and military equipment of the enemy per day.
Recall that in his first address to the Ukrainians in the new year, President Zelensky expressed confidence that the enemy would no longer be able to take a single year from the Ukrainians.
