Cartoon villains are some of the best. The animation medium allows creators to go the extra mile when it comes to their designs and capabilities to truly make everyone feel different from the other. When you add great voice acting and lyrics to that, you have a really memorable villain.

Unfortunately, not every villain is given the time it takes to become memorable. It especially sucks if that villain had a cool theme, as it leaves viewers wondering what they could have achieved.

Member of the Brotherhood of Evil, General Immortus (Xander Berkeley) is the commander of their robot army. Though his body is old and feeble, his mind retains centuries of direct battle experience. He participated in wars back in ancient Egypt and allegedly taught Sun Tzu.

The idea of a villain specializing in combat tactics is interesting, especially given the many unique villains in the game. Teen Titans. Unfortunately, Immortus received the least amount of screen time among the members of the Brotherhood, and he never got a solo episode with the villain. In the end, he turns into an old man with robots, which the heroes easily destroy.

Newly created Dark Danny (Eric Roberts), then killed his human half and went on a ten-year path of destruction.

Dark Danny offered a terrifying glimpse into Danny’s future if he continued to use his powers selfishly. Roberts’ performance cemented this in a deep, menacing voice devoid of emotion. Although the end of his two-part episode teased his return, he did not appear again.

6 Core - “Amphibian”

The core commands the characters from the Amphibian

This digital pool is made up of the past rulers of Amphibian, and the greatest minds are advising the current ruler, especially when it comes to interdimensional conquest. The only thing that makes him think is the prophecy of its destruction at the hands of three human girls.

The Core has all the makings of a terrifying antagonist: it’s sadistic, manipulative, and almost single-minded when it comes to achieving its goals. The problem is that he came too late on the show and most of the screen time he has a quirky Marcy (Hayley Tew). This causes him to take on some of her personality traits, which lowers his intimidation factor.

One of the oldest spirits, Koch the Face Thief (Eric Todd Dellums) has a history of encounters with avatars. When Avatar Kuruk (Jim Meskimen) did not take his job seriously, Koch stole his wife’s face as punishment. Later Avatar Aang (Zachary Tyler Eisen) were looking for him to get information about the ocean and lunar spirits.

The exchange between Aang and Koch is tense, thanks both to Koch’s amazing centipede-inspired design and Aang being forced to keep a neutral expression or lose face. This image of Bane is one of the best. In just one episode, they captured his strength, intelligence, and charisma, making him more than a worthy opponent in a cape. Unfortunately, Bane’s future appearances in the DCEU showed him more as a strong man and didn’t showcase his tactical side.

3 King Nowhere - “World of the Centaurs”

The elk driven inside decided to take revenge by uniting man and beast into an army of minotaurs, corrupting his body with every creature, until he became the King of Nowhere.

Too bad the whole backstory isn’t revealed until the final episode.because the King of Nowhere is overflowing with possibilities. Its design is fantastic and it has a dark message about self-hatred and self-destruction for the sake of another. However, since the backstory is only found in the final episode, his relationship with his human half is never explored, depriving him of any potential development.

2 Toffee - “Star vs. the Forces of Evil”

Hall), believed that the way to defeat the monsters was to somehow destroy the magic. After losing a finger to Moon Butterfly (Gray DeLisle) he was forced to hide and wait for his chance.

Butterscotch’s ability to constantly manipulate others, combined with his calm and dignified personality, make him one of the most intelligent villains in children’s cartoons.
