Earlier this year a powerful film She said was released and moved critics and audiences alike. Now the film about the journalist who exposed Hollywood’s sexual assault culture is returning home with exclusive extras. She said will be available digitally on January 6, 2023 and on Blu-ray and DVD on January 10, 2023.

She said based on the Pulitzer Prize-winning New York Times investigative report by Jody Kantor, Megan Tooheyand Rebecca Corbett as well as the book of the same name by Cantor and Toohey. The film tells the true story of two failed reporters who went through an investigation that ultimately “broke the silence around sexual harassment in Hollywood” and took down some of the most powerful and dangerous men in the industry. They uncovered the truth by “helping brave women regain their strength through stories of survival.”

An exclusive bonus feature coming with this release is the “Breaking The Story” video. The featurette will see the real-life Cantor and Tui reveal what they went through to get their investigation published. The physical release will also include a theatrical trailer for the film.

She said stars Zoe Kazan and Carey Mulligan like Cantor and Tui respectively. Kazan is also known for such films as big sick and love the series deuce. Mulligan was recently nominated for an Academy Award for Promising young woman. She was recently nominated for a Golden Globe for her role in She said. The film also stars Patricia Clarkson, Andre Braugher, Jennifer El, Samantha Mortonand Ashley Judd.

She said Directed by Emmy Award Winner Maria Schrader from a script adapted Rebecca Lenkiewicz. Dede Gardner and Jeremy Kleiner produced the film. Among the executive producers Brad Pitt, Leela Yacoub, Megan Allisonand Sue Nagle.
