The third time will be more than charm when it comes to Horror 3a sequel confirmed and promised by the author and director of the previous Horror movies, Damien Leone. Horror fans now have some clues as to the game’s planned atmosphere and goals. horror 3, according to Leone’s official Twitter.

Leone mentioned on his Twitter on December 26 one of his main targets for Horror 3 “is to restore the creep factor present in the original Horror short film. There was a really creepy atmosphere that I’m still proud of. If everything goes according to plan, part 3 will be the scariest Horror still.” The short film that Leone is talking about All Saints’ Eve, a direct-to-DVD film presented as a series of shorts discovered by a nanny and two children she looks after. The nanny discovers the tape in one of the children’s bags on Halloween after a night of pranks or treats, and human curiosity dictates that people who find the strange videotape should watch it, which they do. The ribbon features the bloodthirsty Clown Art character doing what he does best (what else?).

Upon learning of this news, fan on twitter responded to Leone’s initial tweet by asking him if he would try to top the “bedroom scene” from Horror 2to which Leone replied, “Of course.” anyone who watched Horror 2— and even those who haven’t heard — have most likely heard of the infamous bedroom scene where Ellie tries to escape Art the Clown by running into her bedroom. Art corners her and, in a rather bloody manner, literally breaks her. We see and feel her pain and hear every scream as the Art tortures, kills her and leaves her as a cruel manifestation for her mother to find.

People may wonder if such a violent scene was necessary, but fans Horror watch movies of Art’s bloody and delicious antics, movies of him chopping off limbs, smiling when he’s covered in blood, and sawing someone in half with a hacksaw when it’s hung upside down. Seeing such delightfully bloody scenes would make fans think Horror 2 the bedroom scene could be topped, but we’re looking forward to it.
