He recalled that in 2023 there will be no restrictions on either the number of recipients or the amount of subsidies. - If 50,000 wishes, it will be useful for everyone. If more people apply, they will also win. No need to be at the bank on July 3rd. An application for a subsidized loan can be submitted in November or December, Buda explained.

As we have already mentioned, the loan will be available to a person under 45 years old who does not have and did not have an apartment, house or cooperative right to an apartment or house. In the case of a married couple or parents of at least one common child, at least one of them will have to meet the age requirement.

Therefore, if one of the spouses has an apartment purchased before the wedding and owned by personal property, the couple will be excluded from participation in the program. Both spouses must meet the terms of the program to be eligible as a couple.

And is receiving real estate in the form of a gift an obstacle? We asked Karol Zimnoch, a loan officer from Bialystok, about this.

– A person who received a gift of real estate will not be excluded from the scheme, provided that he inherited up to 50% of the property. shares in residential real estate. The second condition is that he must not have lived in the property for at least 12 months prior to applying for a loan. Which banks work in the “Reliable loan 2%” program?

While the two largest banks, PKO BP and Pekao SA, are participating in the program, five more are completing an agreement with BGK.
