LINK4 was awarded the 2023 Trusted Brand as the winner in the category: High A-IQ, i.e. the company that makes the best use of artificial intelligence in its business. The prestigious rating is compiled annually by the monthly magazine “My Company”. This award is a testament to the appreciation of innovation and implementation of simple solutions in the insurance industry.

The study was conducted for the eighth time. At the request of the publisher of the monthly magazine My Company, the research company Kantar Polska SA conducted a survey among companies and economic entities in the small and medium-sized business sector. 1110 respondents took part in the survey. In each of the categories, with a spontaneous choice, it was possible to indicate only one brand - the most tested. LINK4 was included in the elite group of 25 companies awarded the “Trust Brand 2023” title as the winner in the category: High A-IQ, i.e. the company that makes the best use of artificial intelligence in its business.

- This is a special honor for us. Trust is a long-term process, and it is symbolic for us that we were awarded this honorary title in an exceptional anniversary year for LINK4. We have been providing the highest quality products and services for 20 years, but we also make every effort to treat each client individually and be honest, because we measure profits not only with solid financial data. The simplification of the insurance world and the introduction of innovative LINK4 solutions are gaining more and more recognition from customers and market watchers. When evaluating the best use of artificial intelligence, 43% of respondents pointed to LINK4. AI, among other things, recognizes photos sent by customers, and employees of the insurance company check only selected cases. This makes the whole process much faster. An interesting solution in the field of artificial intelligence is also a tool for analyzing the conversations of consultants. The system has already analyzed more than tens of thousands of hours of conversations between consultants and clients and has improved their efficiency and quality. A novelty is the introduction of AI solutions in the process of handling claims for cars. This is a real revolution - using artificial intelligence, preparing an estimate for the repair of a traffic accident takes only 30 seconds.
