Bonds worth more than PLN 10 million

The conclusions of the CBA employees show that employees of one of the banks offered the company’s bonds to customers, misleading them about the properties and safety of the proposed financial product. These people sold over 10 million zł worth of bonds.

Charges were brought against the detainees at the regional prosecutor’s office in Warsaw. The prosecutor applied to them non-custodial measures of restraint, that is, police supervision, a ban on leaving the country and material guarantees.

The work was carried out in the Greater Poland, Kuyavian-Pomeranian, West Pomeranian and Podlaskie voivodeships. The multi-threaded investigation is under the supervision of the regional prosecutor’s office in Warsaw.

Konrad Konkolewski: I won’t rest

Konrad Konolewski is accused of causing the loss of money of 9,367 bondholders who purchased GetBack SA debt securities worth PLN 2.85 billion and EUR 2.95 million. The allegations also involve fraud related to the distribution of GetBack bonds and investment fund certificates. In the process of selling investment certificates, the victims were not explained the terms used by bankers, such as “investment guarantee capital” or “minimum return”. And, above all, it was not stated that their execution is entirely dependent on the state of the Foundation’s service provider, i.e. GetBack SA.

Another accusation concerns the withdrawal of PLN 30,315,129 from GetBack in collusion with Polski President Dom Maklerski. They came out through two channels - through MIA and Ventus Advisors. To disguise the project, Konrad Konkolewski and his partner prepared over 100 fictitious contracts for the provision of consulting and marketing services, which in reality were never completed.
