In Gdansk, ITD officers detained a truck for inspection. Behind the wheel was a young man who did not have a driver’s license. This is not the end of his crimes.
To become the holder of a category B driver’s license, it is enough to reach the age of 18, complete a course and pass an exam. We remind you that this right allows you to drive vehicles with a maximum permissible mass of up to 3.5 tons (for example, a car), with the exception of buses and motorcycles. The cost of a category B driving course is currently around PLN 3,000. zloty.
Professional driver without license
The man, who was detained for verification by the inspectors of the penal colony, did not dare to take such a course. Not only did he not have a driver’s license, but just as important, he drove like a professional driver.
This is the third time without a “right”
ITD officers stopped the van for inspection. It turned out that the person driving it did not and never had a driver’s license. A thorough check of his records showed that the driver was arrested for a third time for checks during a court-ordered driving ban. Every time he drove without a license.
This is not the end of the trouble
During the inspection, it turned out that the van he was driving was overloaded by 600 kg. The recidivist driver was fined, and the car was parked to unload the excess cargo being transported. Further actions with the 24-year-old driver were carried out by police officers who arrived at the checkpoint.
