On the same day, the man was charged with taking the vehicle for short-term use, driving the vehicle after the license was revoked, and not stopping for a roadside inspection. For these crimes, he faces imprisonment for a term of 3 months to 5 years. In addition, a resident of the Nowosącz poviat will be liable for the theft of fuel, which in this case is an offense.
