A whopping 64 percent, according to data compiled by Santander Consumer Multirent’s “Used Cars Online” survey. of Polish drivers indicated that the inability to see a car in person before buying it is a factor that may discourage them from buying a used car entirely online. More than half of the respondents also indicated a possible discrepancy between the expert’s opinion and the actual condition of the car (59%) and a purchase without a test drive (58%). For every third driver surveyed (33%), the factor that deters this form of sale is the payment for delivering the car to the specified address. 22% of the respondents pointed to the short term of the main guarantee. motorists. And what motivates Polish motorists to buy used cars exclusively online? The most frequently cited answers were favorable conditions for the possible return of the car (41%), a long warranty period for the car (37%) and a competitive price (36%).
