Prices increased by another thousand hryvnia: how much does it cost to rent an apartment in Kyiv

In Kyiv, the cost of renting housing has increased again. The prices of one- and two-room apartments increased the most.

According to M2bomber, over the past month, prices have jumped by almost 1,000 hryvnias.

In April, the average price for renting a one-room apartment in Kyiv was UAH 23,193, in Lviv region - UAH 17,201, and in Transcarpathia - UAH 14,487.

Average prices by number of rooms:

1-room - 9 000 UAH;
2-room - UAH 11,738;
3-room - 14 999 UAH

The cheapest, according to analysts, to rent housing in the Desnyansky district of the capital - an average of 8,200 UAH. Followed by: Solomenskiy - UAH 10,000; Dnipro - UAH 10,500; Podolsky, Obolonsky - 11,000 UAH; Svyatoshinsky - UAH 11,500; Darnitsky - 12 000 UAH.

The highest prices were recorded in the Pechersky district - 21,081 UAH. And also in Shevchenkovskiy - UAH 15,500;
Goloseevsky - 15 000 UAH.

Recall, according to realtors, the real estate market in Kyiv has more or less stabilized. On average, compared with the pre-war period, housing has fallen in price by 10-15%, and in the expensive segment - up to 30%.
