“Why are we being attacked? Due to the fact that we did not join the sanctions, - said the 45-year-old Kakha Collade broadcast on Georgian television. I want to ask any sane person. Is it possible that Georgian wine and Georgian agricultural products will not enter the Russian market, then we will destroy the Russian economy? This is complete absurdity.

We, on the contrary, will harm our needy people. Those who work 24 hours a day to earn their living. Why should people be denied these opportunities? Opportunities to work, sell your products and get paid. After all, this money still goes to Georgia.

When I am in the power of the country and I know it will hurt, why should I take this step? Why should I make my country miserable?”

Recall that earlier the three-time champion and winner of the Cup of Ukraine in Dynamo, as well as the two-time winner of the Champions League on the Milan shirt, Kakha Kaladze was repeatedly accused of pro-Russian views.
