“I didn’t tolerate injustice and said everything I didn’t like”: a 22-year-old actor died in the war

In Netishyn in the Khmelnytsky region, 22-year-old Yaroslav Savchenko, a soldier of the mortar platoon of the mortar battery of the military unit A7376, was taken on his last journey. He died on April 28 at the hands of Russian invaders near the village of Vasyukovka, Donetsk region. A sincere and kind soul, a handsome, talented and intelligent young man, a loving son, brother and reliable friend - he is remembered by relatives and friends.

“As soon as a full-scale war began, Yarik and his friend, despite their young age, acting vocation and artistic soul, took up arms and went to defend the country from the invaders, - posted on social media comrade of the deceased Yuri Terentiev. - They went on duty together and were late for morning practice together. Almost a month has passed since the death of a fighter with the call sign Insulating Tape, as we suffered a subsequent heavy loss. During the time of acquaintances, we became one family. Only warm and good memories remained about Yarik. Well-read, responsible, devoted, persistent and cheerful. He never tolerated injustice and said everything that he did not like to his face. He stood up for his principles no matter what. He was the one who was supposed to form the genetic code of the nation, which the next generations would be proud of. You are now in a better world and, together with the Insulating Tape, you will protect us and watch how our victory is approaching.

Yaroslav Savchenko was buried at a rural cemetery in Bugrin, Rivne region.

Earlier reported that the family of the defender from the village of Kamenka in the Zhytomyr region is looking for relatives of an unknown fighter, whom they brought home instead of their son.
