Shot indiscriminately: in a shopping center in Texas, an attacker fatally wounded eight people (video)

A police officer “heard the shots, engaged the suspect and neutralized him,” Allen Police Chief Brian Harvey said.

Texas Governor Greg Abbott called the incident “an unspeakable tragedy” and said that the state authorities are ready to provide any assistance to local authorities.
