In Ukraine, due to the full-scale invasion of Russia, mobilization continues, men liable for military service from 18 to 60 years old were forbidden to travel outside the country. However, some categories of citizens have the right to leave, in particular, volunteers and drivers.
As told to Channel 24 attorney at T&T Partners Vladislav Yurchakto travel abroad you need to obtain a special permit
Military administrations and the Ministry of Infrastructure decide on permission to cross the borders for volunteers and drivers. Departure is agreed upon if there is a justification, where the volumes of cargo and the number of vehicles required for its transportation should be clearly defined.
Justification is given in the form of sheets. They can be written by military personnel of the Armed Forces, law enforcement officers, employees of military administrations, representatives of medical institutions, as well as senders and recipients of humanitarian aid.
It should be remembered that drivers and volunteers who have permission to travel abroad can stay outside our country for 30 calendar days from the moment they first crossed the border.
If the purpose of the departure changes or the volunteers exceed the period of stay outside Ukraine, the exit permit is canceled within 7 working days from the moment the facts of violations are established.
Recall that the “Way” system for leaving Ukraine can be used by persons carrying out transportation for the needs of the Armed Forces, other military formations formed in accordance with the laws of Ukraine; medical cargo; cargoes of humanitarian aid by motor vehicles in the presence of an appropriate substantiation of the volumes of cargoes and the number of vehicles required for transportation.

I am currently working as a news website author at Daily News Hack. I mostly cover trending news and have been doing so for quite some time now. I have always had a keen interest in current affairs and the world around me, which is what led me to my current job.
I firmly believe that the best way to learn about something is by doing it yourself and that is why I love my job so much. It allows me to be constantly learning about new things and then sharing that knowledge with others.
I am also a big believer in the power of networking and building relationships. I think that LinkedIn is a great platform for connecting with like-minded people from all over the world.
