It is known that Ukrainian women are able to do several things at once. Therefore, Ukrainian fitness trainer Anita Lutsenko has developed a set of physical exercises that can be performed, for example, while preparing dinner.

The complex consists of a lymphatic drainage exercise, exercises for the arms, back and legs.

“While you wait for the water to boil or your dinner to heat up in the microwave, do these basic but great exercises. Even two minutes a day for a workout is better than nothing. You can stretch your legs, straighten your back and disperse the lymph in a matter of minutes, so do not discount short workouts, ” - called the coach, calling the technique “secret exercise.”

The simplest exercise that Anita first recommended was the tiptoe lift, leaning on the kitchen table. So you can stimulate blood flow well, the author of the technique is sure.
