In Ukraine, the fight against traitors and collaborators continues. The Zhydachevsky District Court of the Lviv region found a resident of the Donetsk region guilty of justifying the armed aggression of Russia and inciting ethnic hatred. This became known from the register of court decisions.
Based on the materials of the case, it is known about several episodes of the crime that occurred in the time period from June 7 to 17, 2022. Being in the place of her permanent residence, the woman in the forbidden social network Odnoklassniki distributed the publication. It consisted of a video recording of the speech of the President of the Russian Federation, Putin, as follows: “Ensuring their interests and their security, Yugoslavia was bombed under what pretext of Security Council sanctions? Where is Yugoslavia, where is the USA? They destroyed the country, but who gave the right to strike at the European capital? No, what they want and do, but what are they doing now on the territory of Ukraine or are they trying to do? But they plan to do it not 1000 km from our national border at the threshold of our house! We do not want such a development of events, we want to resolve issues by political and diplomatic means and have at least clear ideas.“. Under the post, the woman left a message that for every word of the killer dictator, respectively, she justified the armed aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine.
Soon, a native of Donbass distributed a video with the following content: “Nothing jarred the elite, but the choice was also a card of a beat, imprisoned opponents of the square for months, or even many years, you did not regret, because “NO FASCISM”, when people on May 2, who stood peacefully for their rights, were burnt, the sleepy Rumor, tails tightly shaking with fear, when Lugansk was unexpectedly bombed, when Donbass was jammed and oppressed, and this lasted for eight whole years, you believed there was no fascism in the country …“
During the trial, the detained citizen of Ukraine admitted her guilt. She explained to the servants of Themis that her apartment was bombed, and she lost all her property and work. Her personal life did not work out, so she was going to return to her parents living in the occupied territory. I was afraid that it would not pass the filter, so I fasted such things using my phone on the Odnoklassniki social network. Her brother registered her account about 15 years ago, and a neighbor put the Odnoklassniki app on her phone.
“These posts she only “liked” and fasted. She didn’t create them herself. She is against war and violence. She believed in peace and the Minsk agreements. The actions of the Russian Federation considers wrong. She realizes that she has committed crimes. This will never happen again”, - we read in the case materials.
The court sentenced the defendant to imprisonment for a period of five years without confiscation of property and without deprivation of the right to hold certain positions or engage in certain activities. She also has to pay in favor of the state procedural costs for the examination in the amount of UAH 33,978.
