Ukrainians who, after the beginning of the Russian invasion, fleeing the war, moved to another locality, are eligible for a subsidy where they now live.
This was recalled in the Ministry of Reintegration.
To receive a subsidy, migrants can apply personally to:
- local self-government bodies;
- center for the provision of administrative services;
– service center of the Pension Fund of Ukraine.
Housing allowance can be applied for electronically through:
- Portal “Action”,
- PFU electronic services web portal,
- mobile application of the Pension Fund of Ukraine.
To do this, you must provide the following documents:
- an application for the appointment of a subsidy (in the prescribed form).
- declaration of income and expenses (according to the established form).
- data on the residents of the household.
- passport, registration number of the taxpayer’s registration card (RNOKPP).
- certificate of IDP status.
The ministry recalled that the amount of the allowance depends on the cost of housing and communal services used by the family and the level of its income. At the same time, housing assistance provided to IDPs is not taken into account in the total income when assigning a housing subsidy.
Recall that from December 1, 2022, the bodies of the Pension Fund of Ukraine, working on the principle of extraterritoriality, are dealing with the issues of registration of housing subsidies and benefits.
