Salad “Olga” for Christmas: be sure to put it on the table - guests will quickly eat Olivier

If you are tired of the usual “Olivier”, prepare a new treat for Christmas - “Olga” salad, the highlight of which are crispy croutons and a slight taste of garlic. The recipe was published on the channel “Smachno”.

Full list of required products:

  • 200 g chicken fillet,

  • 100 g crackers,

  • 50 g cheese

  • 2 pickled cucumbers,

  • 2 eggs,

  • 2-3 tbsp. mayonnaise spoons,

  • 1 garlic clove

  • 1 bunch of green dill,

  • 1-2 lettuce leaves

  • salt to taste.

Cooking steps

Boil 200 g of chicken fillet and cool in the broth.

Boil 2 eggs, cool and peel.

Cut the chicken fillet into small pieces.

Cut 2 pickled cucumbers.

Chop 2 boiled eggs.

Grate 50 g of your favorite cheese.

Chop dill greens.

In a bowl, mix the chopped chicken fillet and eggs, adding pickled cucumbers, grated cheese, garlic pressed through a press and finely chopped dill.

Add mayonnaise and mix salad.

Before serving, sprinkle the salad with croutons and mix (it is important to add croutons only before serving the dish, otherwise they will get wet and stop being crispy).

Put in a salad bowl with lettuce.
