Ingredients:

  • Beef liver (chicken) - 500 gr;

  • Apple (green) - 2 pcs.;

  • Onion - 1 pc.;

  • Salt, black pepper (ground) - to taste;

  • Sweet paprika (ground) - 1 tsp;

  • Curry - 0.5 tsp;

  • Flour - 3 tablespoons;

  • Oil for frying.

Cooking:

  • Cut the liver into portions, beat off, salt, pepper, roll in flour, fry in vegetable oil on both sides for 3 minutes.

  • Strain the oil in which the liver was fried, fry the sliced ​​u200bu200bapples in it over medium heat until soft. Remove the apples, put onions, cut into rings, salt, add paprika and curry and, stirring, fry until soft.

  • Put in a ceramic vessel in layers: apples - liver - onions and put in the oven for 5-7 minutes at 180 C.
