What could be better than making your favorite coffee on an October morning and drinking it along with bagels that are fragrant and yellow like the sun. The hostess from Lviv shared the recipe for their preparation in the “Smakolik.ua” group Julia Dzhigalyuk. According to her, if you wish, you can add any filling to baking.
Dough:
250 g pumpkin
4 tbsp. l milk
100 g odorless oil
2.5 cups flour (cup 200 g)
2 tbsp. l sugar
1 st. l dry yeast
Half sachet of vanilla sugar (16 g sachet)

Cooking:
Rub the pumpkin on a grater and cook over low heat until mashed. In pumpkin puree at the end of cooking, add 4 tbsp. l boiled milk and boil for 2-3 minutes. In a warm, not hot puree, add yeast, sugar, vanilla sugar and mix everything. Gradually add the sifted flour, then the oil and knead everything thoroughly.
The dough should be soft and elastic to the touch. Divide into 4 parts, roll into a circle and divide into equal parts (triangular shape) and twist bagels. Immediately spread on a baking sheet covered with parchment and bake for 20 minutes at a temperature of 180-190 degrees. After baking, roll each bagel in powder.
